The college premises, pulsating with intellectual and creative passion, welcomed students not only from Dhaka but also from schools and colleges outside the capital, transforming the event into a national celebration.

Diversity and versatility were at the forefront of the festival, offering 14 segments to add a diverse array of opportunities for participants to showcase their talents. From the intense case study competition and dynamic business idea presentations to stimulating Olympiads, visually captivating wall magazine displays, and additional dimensions like photography and business debates, the festival catered to a broad spectrum of interests. This inclusive approach aimed to mirror the multifaceted nature of the business world. Not only that, “Guess the Logo ” was one of the hotcake team segments that had a thrilling finish. Participants were highly anticipated and excited regarding this event.

A standout feature of the festival was the “Sell it to Me” signature event, hosted in the open compound of Notre Dame College, which generated significant buzz. Participants faced the exciting challenge of demonstrating their marketing acumen and skills by selling different products. The open setting added a dynamic and real-world element to the event, turning it into a lively spectacle that embodied the essence of salesmanship.

The festival wasn’t just about competition; it was a holistic experience that incorporated education and mentorship. A workshop conducted by industry leaders covered a range of topics, from business strategies to effective communication. These sessions bridged the gap between academic knowledge and real-world application, providing students with practical insights and guidance. The direct interaction with veteran entrepreneurs and professionals as judges of all segments aimed to nurture the next generation of business leaders, conveying knowledge that extends beyond the boundaries of textbooks.

This broader scope added a layer of significance to the festival. It wasn’t just a local affair; it became a dynamic space for networking, collaboration, and a deeper understanding of the diverse challenges and opportunities in the business landscape of Bangladesh. The festival’s ability to draw participants from outside the capital highlighted its appeal and impact. It broke down institutional barriers, encouraging students to look beyond the familiar faces of their campuses and embrace a broader perspective.

Professional relationships formed during the festival had the potential to extend beyond the event, laying the groundwork for future collaborations and innovations in professional territory.

Despite a “not so pleasant” rain and other difficult situations, NDC welcomed an enormous number of enthusiastic business participants and visitors. More than 1500 participants and more than 3000 visitors from 80+ institutions visited this signature event.
